Frequently asked

Is it accurate? Could it add the wrong event?

SnapCal shows a confidence score and lists the title, date, time, location, and notes for you to confirm. You can edit any field before it's saved, so when the AI isn't sure, you have the final say — it never writes a wrong event silently.

Which calendars are supported?

Google Calendar, Lark Calendar, Outlook (Microsoft 365), and the local iPhone calendar. You can select several at once and sync them all from a single read.

Are my screenshots and data safe?

Text recognition (OCR) happens on your device, and typically only the necessary text is sent for event parsing — not your full original screenshot. We do not sell your data. See our Privacy Policy.

What are the free plan limits?

The free plan includes 10 reads per month, resetting automatically, with full functionality (including multi-calendar sync). For more, upgrade to Monthly ($1.99) or Yearly ($9.9, save 58%) for unlimited reads.

Do I need to sign in?

Not to try it. You can use Demo Mode to see recognition in action first. When you want to write events to Google, Lark, or Outlook, you grant access to that calendar as needed.

Where can I download it?

SnapCal is currently on the U.S. App Store. Use a U.S. Apple account to download it. We're evaluating more regions and an Android version.
